I checked the source of the Feedburner feed you listed as not working:

The only images listed in that feed are 1px by 1px images feedburner inserts into each item for tracking purposes. The Anyfeed Slideshow plugin strips those (as well as the feedburner comment count) images out of it's results to avoid including effectively blank images in the slideshow.
In other words, the bug here is it should be displaying a "No Images Found" error. I will look into fixing that for the next version.
Thanks again for reporting these issues! As for your other feed problems, could you try uninstalling and re-installing the plug-in to see if that clears up the problems you're experiencing?
